Inbox

The Inbox is your shared, two-way texting hub. To text one person, start a new conversation there (or message them from their profile in Contacts). Reply in real time, and filter or assign threads to teammates. Every message ties back to the contact. New account? Start a new conversation to your own number to watch a send land on your phone.
